How to make a booking
1. Go to Buy Tickets
2. Select your Location
3. Click the Book Now button to the right of the location and date range you would like to attend
4. If no dates are showing, click the Next Availability button
5. You will now see a list of all dates and time slots available

We operate at Beaches that are tidal, at lower tides some obstacles may be closed. We recommend older and more confident kids visit 2 hours either side of high tide. If you are unsure of the tide for your location and day head over to NIWA enter your location and date, you will the high and low tides for your location and date range, see help see Tide Information

6. Select your time, Click the Next button
7. Enter your details and number of participants*

*Minimum age is 5yrs.
Indoor / Outdoor Pools: 5-8 year olds must be accompanied by a participating (swimming) and paying guardian who is 18yrs + at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. Lifejackets are provided and to be worn at all times by anyone we deem require them
Beaches, Lakes, Waterways: 5-9 year olds must be accompanied by a participating (swimming) and paying guardian who is 18yrs + at a ratio of 1 adult to 2 children. Lifejackets are provided and must be worn at all times no exceptions.
If you're 70 or over it's free!

8. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully, confirm ages, swimming ability and supervising adults.
9. Enter payment details, complete your purchase.

You will receive a booking confirmation and receipt (2 separate emails) within 5 minutes (usually instantly). If you haven't received it please check your spam/junk folder. If you received your receipt but not your booking your confirmation please contact us via Let's Chat.

How to Reschedule your booking
Plans change, weather change and the unexpected turns up - we understand which is why our system is setup so you have access to your bookings/passes so that you add/cancel or reschedule them yourself 24/7

Bookings are not refundable if we have other events in the area within 7 days of your cancellation

To RESCHEDULE your booking

If you created and account when you purchased your tickets (which we strongly recommend you do) in the top right hand corner of every page, Look for "Log In" (if you are on a laptop/computer)
or a blue circle with a + sign (from a mobile device) -
Enter the email address and password you created when you purchased your tickets

Once inside your account you can see your current bookings and reschedule to suit
NOTE: If you didn't create an account when you purchased that's ok, contact us via Let's Chat (bottom right hand corner of every page) and we can convert your booking details to an account.
