Layby Conditions
In an effort to make it a little easier to purchase one or more of our awesome DC SHOES, ROXY, VANS, PUMA, CONVERSE, MARC ECKO or OTHER products we welcome you to choose the LAYBY method of payment during the checkout process.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions

a) A deposit of 15% of the total purchase price for each item is required.

b) We offer you up to 6 weeks from the original date of purchase to fully pay for each item.

c) You can have multiple items on Layby at any one time as long as you can meet the Layby terms set out in this agreement for each item on Layby.

d) If you wish to withdraw from your Layby Agreement, you do not comply with the Layby terms set out in this agreement, or you order the wrong size and suitable replacement item is unavailable, and a refund is required, we reserve the right to deduct up to 15% from your total purchase price to cover our administration costs. Please be sure to order the correct item in the correct size.

e) Your Layby account will need to be fully paid up before any goods will be shipped to you. If you have multiple items on Layby at one time we will ship the items when they have been fully paid or if you want a specific item sent out and you have paid sufficient amounts to cover the full price of this item and the required deposits on the remaining items we can transfer balances around accordingly.

If you decide to use Layby to pay for any item you are purchasing from the wipeout.co.nz site, an order confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to you that will explain which methods you can use to make your Layby payments.

We will always be as accomodating as possible so if you want to use Layby to pay for your footwear or apparel items but will have problems meeting any of the conditions above then please contact us and we will do our best to help.

The necessary legal jargon:
By making a Layby purchase from the wipeout.co.nz website you agree to be bound by the Layby conditions above.
